Justine el-Khazen is a writer and journalist. Her work has appeared in Tablet magazine, The Washington Post, and The Free Press. She is currently working on a reported memoir about racial profiling in the immigration system. She holds an MFA in nonfiction from New York University and lives in Brooklyn.
